CPQOnline.com

Screenshot of cpqonline For over 25 years, researchers at CraftSystems have worked to identify the most effective methods for predicting employee performance and retention. Based on this research, CraftSystems has built highly predictive employment selection systems that measures what Dr. Craft describes as the Three Dimensions of Success. Regardless of a company's size, or the industry in which they operate, research proves these three dimensions must be measured in order to gain an accurate understanding of a candidate's compatibility for the job.

After working with dozens of the nation's largest companies, CraftSystems identified the "best practice" solutions for the most common employment selection and recruiting tracking challenges. The culmination of this work is a new online platform, called CPQOnline.com, that allows companies (with 5 to 50,000 employees) access to industry-leading employment selection tools. Some of these tools include:

Craft Personality Questionnaire (CPQ):

This brief personality assessment measures eight scales relating to a candidate's drive and motivation. The CPQ is used by thousands of managers around the world to predict long-term performance and retention as well as to develop and train employees to work more effectively with others.

Oxford Learning Aptitude Survey:

This 10-minute, timed assessment of learning aptitude quickly provides the manager with insight regarding a candidate's ability to learn a job and pass certain licensure and other work-related examinations required for employment.

Candidate Screening Index:

This computer-aided interview acts as an initial screening tool, replacing the need for an early interview with the manager. The index provides a rating based on the candidate's work-related experience and job knowledge, providing an effective means of screening large numbers of candidates so that only the most qualified are invited to more costly and time-consuming steps in the selection process.

In-depth Interview Guide:

This structured behavioral interview provides managers with a consistent method for interviewing the most qualified candidates. Used only with candidates earning preferred scores on the CPQ and other assessments, this guide protects users by maintaining an objective and consistent interview process that measures work ethic, reliability and ability to follow-through on job responsibilities.

Any or all of these tools can be included in a company's selection process using the CPQOnline system. With just a few clicks of the mouse, managers gain access to the information they need to make timely and accurate selection decisions.

The Bottom Line:

CPQOnline provides managers with access to assessment solutions that are valid, reliable and fair for employee selection and development, all in a single location. Whether candidates are centrally processed or recruited by managers scattered across the nation, the CPQOnline platform allows managers to easily track their recruiting and selection activity while providing highly predictive selection recommendations that save time and avoid costly hiring mistakes.
