Feedback Dimensions:

A 360° Feedback Survey

"Feedback: The return of information about the result of a process or activity; an evaluative response. The process by which a system ... is controlled, or changed by the product, output, or response it produces."

The American Heritage® Dictionary, 4th Edition; Houghton Mifflin Company.

The Problem:

Employee Feedback has traditionally consisted of a downward flow of feedback from managers to employees, leaving out the valuable feedback of direct reports, customers and co-workers.

The Solution:

CraftSystems' Feedback Dimensions Program is a web-based multi-rater feedback survey designed to allow the facilitator to customize a feedback program specifically suited to their unique needs. Using the Feedback Dimensions Program, facilitators choose from over 25 dimensions of leadership effectiveness, each with a set of proven questions aimed at identifying core leadership behaviors, to create their survey. Based on the chosen dimensions, the program automatically creates the survey, e-mails the feedback providers, collects completed surveys and alerts the facilitator when the results are available for review. These results are compiled by the program into comprehensive, yet easy to read reports that compliment any personal or leadership development plan.

Seven Reasons to use 360° FeedBack Dimensions:

  1. To provide a personalized game plan for personal and professional growth as a leader.

  2. To gain an appreciation for how specific aspects of leadership behavior are perceived by others.

  3. To identify core strengths that can be leveraged over time for further improvement.

  4. To understand how weaknesses impact performance and retention outcomes of staff, office or department.

  5. To discover how different groups of people perceive leadership behaviors in light of their own perspectives.

  6. To learn how personality styles interact with that of others to the benefit or detriment of working relationships and organizational goals.

  7. To determine under what conditions a leader is most effective.
